Location: Hyderabad, India

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience.

  • Capable of multitasking and handling multiple inquiries.

Skills Required:

  • Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.

  • Knowledge of PC/Laptop support.

  • Basic networking skills.

  • Familiarity with Chrome, Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.

  • Understanding of operating systems and MS Office 2016.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial troubleshooting and technical support via chat sessions.

  • Log and maintain records in the ticketing system.

  • Resolve hardware, OS, application, and browser-related issues.

  • Offer first-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and printers.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with mobile devices.
