Develop scalable dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key business metrics

Convert complex data into actionable insights for teams across growth, product, finance, supply, and marketing

Build and evaluate predictive models to enhance customer experience (e.g., RCA, ROI, churn, referral, retention, LTV)

Dive deep into business problems to discover trends and hidden opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize data initiatives and drive business impact
🔍 What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of experience in analytics or data-focused roles, ideally within startups or data-driven environments

Strong command over SQL and handling large datasets

Proficiency in Excel and Python/R for data analysis and modeling

A sharp analytical mindset combined with business intuition

Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across teams

Educational background from a Tier-1 institution (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent)
