Role Overview
As a BI/Data Analyst at Aspire.io, you’ll join the Product team to own BI reporting, uncover cross-functional insights, and enable embedded analytics within our platform. If you’re passionate about data and insight-driven storytelling, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities

Own and enhance the internal BI stack—from ETL to dashboards (Tableau).

Lead strategy for a scalable self-serve insights platform.

Build and maintain high-quality visualizations for teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX.

Enable embedded analytics within the customer experience.

Drive cross-functional strategic analytics and support leadership with insights.

Centralize and model data for analytical consistency and performance.

Act as a key problem-solver, identifying trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
Requirements
-
2+ years experience as a BI or Data Analyst in a SaaS environment.

Strong Tableau skills and knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Stitch).

Solid understanding of data modeling, structuring, and visualization.

Strong SQL skills and hands-on with cloud data platforms.

Effective communicator with ability to present data clearly and impactfully.

Self-starter with a passion for insights, detail, and user-focused design.
