Role Overview

As a BI/Data Analyst at Aspire.io, you’ll join the Product team to own BI reporting, uncover cross-functional insights, and enable embedded analytics within our platform. If you’re passionate about data and insight-driven storytelling, this role is perfect for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own and enhance the internal BI stack—from ETL to dashboards (Tableau).

  • Lead strategy for a scalable self-serve insights platform.

  • Build and maintain high-quality visualizations for teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX.

  • Enable embedded analytics within the customer experience.

  • Drive cross-functional strategic analytics and support leadership with insights.

  • Centralize and model data for analytical consistency and performance.

  • Act as a key problem-solver, identifying trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.


Requirements
  • 2+ years experience as a BI or Data Analyst in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong Tableau skills and knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Stitch).

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, structuring, and visualization.

  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on with cloud data platforms.

  • Effective communicator with ability to present data clearly and impactfully.

  • Self-starter with a passion for insights, detail, and user-focused design.


Bonus Points For
  • Experience in influencer marketing, DTC brands, or creator platforms.

  • Familiarity with product analytics and embedded insights.
