Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Data Analyst to join our team in Kochi. This role involves collaborating with the product, finance, and customer success teams to extract actionable insights from financial and operational data. You will play a key role in influencing product features, enhancing customer experience, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets related to user behavior, product usage, transactions, and financial operations.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for real-time decision-making.

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with finance and customer success teams to provide insights on customer behavior, churn, and revenue trends.

  • Build and automate data pipelines using SQL, Python, or R.

  • Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and data quality metrics for continuous monitoring.

  • Assist in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling for customer segmentation and engagement strategies.

  • Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or B2B domains.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles is a strong plus.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
