Qualifications:

Any graduate (Engineering or IT background preferred)

0-2 years of experience in IT support, telecom, software support, or customer service
Skills Required:
-
Proficiency in MacOS (preferred), Windows, and Linux
-
Experience with ITSM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and identity management tools like Okta
-
Knowledge of AV conferencing solutions (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and VoIP systems
-
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
-
Typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
-
Ability to work in a team and adapt to new tools
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Provide IT support via ITSM tools, email, Zoom, and Slack
-
Manage ITSM ticket queues, track issues, and ensure timely resolution
-
Handle the initial setup of Mac and Windows devices for onboarding employees
-
Maintain and configure conference room AV equipment
-
Offer hands-on hardware troubleshooting and end-user application support
-
Participate in a 24×5 IT operations model and perform shift handovers
-
Create and update technical SOPs and knowledge base articles

Adapt to new tools and participate in team meetings
