Skills Required:

Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.

Knowledge of PC/Laptop support.

Basic networking skills.

Familiarity with Chrome, Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.

Understanding of operating systems and MS Office 2016.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide initial troubleshooting and technical support via chat sessions.

Log and maintain records in the ticketing system.

Resolve hardware, OS, application, and browser-related issues.

Offer first-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and printers.

Diagnose and resolve issues with mobile devices.
